The Software Developer is responsible for maintaining existing software and developing new software applications that support CTECH's line of spectroscopy-related products. The individual will be responsible for patching and updating CTECH’s existing software programs that have been released to the bio-pharmaceutical marketplace. The individual will also be responsible for supporting CTECH’s ongoing development activities which will involve developing new applications (environment, interfaces and functionality) that support and help grow a new line of spectroscopy-related instruments and devices.
The Laboratory Support Specialist (LSS) is responsible for providing technical assistance and expertise to the C Technologies, Inc. (CTI) sales force and customers related to the laboratory instrumentation its sells and supports. The SSS will provide support both at CTI and on site at customer locations. The type of support will include system qualifications (Installation, Operation and Performance (IQOQPQ), product testing, system maintenance and customer training. Delivering training and support will involve travel to customer locations both domestic and international. Training will be provided by CTI.
The quality manager (QM) is the quality leader of the organization. Responsibility for the quality of the product and the performance of the quality system resides with this individual. The QM has a direct hand in the day to day operation of inspection activities, including the performance of inspection, and calibration and maintenance of measurement equipment, reporting to all levels of the organization on product performance and establishment of resources.
