Administrative Assistant will work with the Instrument Services Manager and the Service Department Administrator to expedite service orders and minimize the time between first contact and annual service date. The Administrative Assistant will be involved in all aspects of the order process: Customer Contact, Quoting, and Order Entry.
The Service Support Specialist (SSS) is responsible for providing technical assistance and expertise to the C Technologies, Inc. (CTI) sales force and customers related to the laboratory instrumentation its sells and supports. The SSS will provide support both at CTI and on site at customer locations. The type of support will include system qualifications (Installation, Operation and Performance (IQOQPQ), product testing, system maintenance and customer training. Delivering training and support will involve travel to customer locations both domestic and international. Training will be provided by CTI.
The PC/Network Administrator is responsible for complete hardware support, end user support and monitoring and maintaining the company network.
